"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for making my 40th Birthday celebrations simply amazing.
I'd firstly like to applaud Meletos on its customer service. Nothing was too hard, nothing was a problem, staff were expert, staff were service professionals. So often these days, customer service gets overlooked in its importance, but not in your case. At every contact point, nothing but knowledgeable courteous staff, setting the scene to how my whole experience at Meletos would play out.
My 40th birthday was in the Warehouse bar and we utilised the Chef's Table option. The food was exceptional, and there was plenty of it…the best produce from the area, it was some of the best food I have ever had and the presentation was amazing and certainly had the wow factor!
The wine was matched with the food, the Sommelier spoke about each wine and how it would complement the food, Head Chef presented the main course and explained the cooking process…such talented guys they are. Everything was amazing. The whole day was about having fun, relaxing and feeling a bit special...all went to plan! "- Carlie
