Thursday nights at Meletos celebrate an Italian staple, pasta. Chef Maxwell has created a rotating menu featuring a range of pastas spanning rigatoni to risotto, and guanciale to Moreton Bay bug. There is a dish for everyone who appreciates an al dente moment.
At its core, Italian hospitality is an expression of tradition and generosity. With that in mind, every bowl of pasta is priced at $35 and includes a side of garlic butter focaccia, flashed in the wood-fired oven and topped with shaved pecorino.
