We’re excited to announce the launch of our newest venture – a bar dedicated to the finer things in life.
Ernie’s Bar, the newest addition to the Meletos precinct, has taken residence in our old Brewhouse, and is a long-term dream of ours come to life.
The concept for Ernie’s bar came from our wish to have a place to unwind and enjoy a drink and a bite. A space where guests can indulge in a casual yet classy cocktail. Somewhere where friends and family could settle in with a glass of wine or a pint of beer. A spot for any whisk(e)y connoisseur to indulge. A place where wedding guests, dressed to the nines, can enjoy a cheeky pre-festivities martini (and an even cheekier negroni afterwards).
